What You’ll Be Doing Building and evolving core features that directly impact sales performance.Working closely with backend, product, and UX/UI teams to align vision and execution.Building the frontend first while contributing to backend services (primarily in Go) as needed.Helping shape architectural decisions and drive technical direction.Improving performance and refining existing systems for stability and speed.Elevating engineering practices and contributing to a culture of quality.Iterating on features based on real customer context and internal usage data. What You’ll Bring Advanced knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript.Proven experience working with React and its broader ecosystem.Familiarity with tools like Redux Saga, TanStack Query, or comparable technologies.Openness to developing backend skills if you’re more frontend-oriented.Comfortable navigating large-scale UI and scaling frontend systems.Ideally, some backend curiosity or exposure (Go is a plus, not a must).Ability to write tests, participate in CI/CD workflows, and contribute to shared engineering practices.A collaborative mindset — we care about team transparency, async updates, and shared knowledge.
