Senior Frontend Developer - CO Remote

Workstate is looking for a Senior Frontend Developer to join our talented team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for creating dynamic user interfaces and ensuring a seamless user experience across our web applications. Residents of Colombia with the right to work in that country are eligible for this opportunity.

The ideal candidate will typically have 5-7 years of professional frontend development experience and have demonstrated many of the following skills:
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, and TypeScript/JavaScript with extensive experience in React
• Experience with Redux Toolkit
• Experience with React Query
• Experience with Node.js / Koa
• Experience with frontend build toolchains
• Strong understanding of responsive design and frontend performance optimization techniques
• Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end with back-end services
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git
• Ability to collaborate effectively in an Agile environment and contribute to team discussions
• Experience with UI/UX principles and working closely with designers to create engaging interfaces
• B2 level (upper-intermediate) or higher English language competency with ability to communicate effectively in professional settings, both written and verbal.
