As an arenaflex team member, you'll have access to cutting-edge technologies, opportunities for professional development, and a comprehensive benefits package that supports your well-being and success. **Job Responsibilities** As a Full Stack Data Engineer on our BI and Analytics Solutions team, you'll be responsible for: * Working closely with stakeholders and engineering groups to design, develop, and implement data structures and ETL methods that facilitate the evaluation of key business questions and drive data-driven decision-making. * Partnering with associate engineering groups to enhance data infrastructure, data availability, and access to customer insights through BI tools across the organization. * Designing, building, and implementing ETL methods using AWS and similar technologies to ensure seamless data integration and processing. * Implementing anomaly detection systems to proactively identify potential data quality issues using industry-standard frameworks. * Enabling large-scale analytics using EMR and other big data technologies to drive business insights and inform strategic decisions. * Establishing and enforcing data quality best practices that are followed across the organization. * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that meet business needs and drive growth. **Essential Qualifications** * 3+ years of experience in data engineering, with a strong background in data modeling, warehousing, and ETL pipeline development. * Proficiency in SQL and one or more query languages (e.g., SQL, PL/SQL, DDL, MDX, HiveQL, SparkSQL, Scala). * Experience with one or more scripting languages (e.g., Python, KornShell). * Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work with complex data structures and develop innovative solutions. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Hive, Spark, and EMR. * Experience with data warehouse technical architecture, infrastructure components, ETL, and reporting/analytic tools and environments. **Benefits** As an arenaflex team member, you'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes: * Competitive salary range: $30-40/hour * Comprehensive health insurance options, including a health savings account (HSA) with employer contributions * Dental and vision plans * Flexible spending account for health and dependent care expenses * 401(k) plan with company match * Company-paid basic life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance * Short-term and long-term disability insurance * Paid time off, including holidays and vacation days * Employee discount program * Opportunities for professional development and growth **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're passionate about creating a work environment that supports your growth, learning, and creativity.
