Senior Director, Product Operations - Process & Deployment (Remote)

In this role, you will be accountable for defining and governing the product management lifecycle for Travel Experience & Commerce products, ensuring consistent, high-quality execution from planning through deployment and adoption. This role owns how TEC products are deployed across the enterprise and enables teams accountable for client-level selling, implementation, and support of those products through standardized processes, change management, and readiness frameworks. The Senior Director establishes governance, standards, and performance measures that drive deployment productivity, operational excellence, and predictable go-live outcomes across all markets and regions.

As a Senior Director, Product Operations - Process & Deployment, you will
• Drive the creation, adoption, and continuous improvement of core product management practices and deliverables
• Develop and institutionalize a Product Management Playbook that defines best practices, governance, and execution standards
• Define and own the deployment strategy across all Travel Experience & Commerce initiatives and engagement & support throughout the enterprise
• Establish global governance models for deployment readiness, change enablement, and release accountability
• Create a standardized approach for managing change across product launches and operational shifts
• Establish deployment success metrics - Deployment Release Adherence (%), Average Deployment Delay (Days), Deployment Success Rate (%), Customer Impact (Incident Measurement)
• Own the Product Operations tooling strategy supporting deployment, execution tracking, and governance
• Act as a senior integrator across Product Management & Operations, Engineering, PMO, Finance, and Commercial teams on behalf of Travel Experience & Commerce initiatives

About you
• Extensive experience in Product Operations, Product Delivery, Program Leadership, or Operational Excellence
• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-scale deployment and change initiatives
• Proven track record of improving deployment productivity, reducing execution risk, and driving cost efficiency
• Deep expertise in operating model design, governance frameworks, and cross-functional orchestration
• Experience influencing senior executives and shaping enterprise delivery strategy
• Experience leading operational transformation within a global technology or travel organization
• Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, or equivalent process excellence certifications
• Experience supporting competitive, customer-facing digital platforms at scale

At BCD Travel we value you, our culture and success is defined by you. We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Senior Director, Product Operations - Process & Deployment is between $130,000 and $150,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience and geographical location.
