What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Serve as the main point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and external partners
Manage information flow accurately and in a timely manner
Coordinate client deliverables and prepare reports on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis
Format internal and external communications such as memos, emails, presentations, and reports
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Previous work experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
Basic knowledge of business software like MS Office products, Google For Business, or similar
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Must hold a 4-year college/university degree
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Minimum of 2 years of full-time, professional post-graduation experience
