Job Summary The Principal IT Analyst / Business Systems Analyst will play a pivotal role in analyzing business requirements, identifying solutions, and implementing technology-driven initiatives that drive business value. Solution Design and Implementation: Design and implement technology-driven solutions that meet business requirements, leveraging expertise in IT, data analysis, and process improvement. Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders, clinicians, and technology teams, to ensure that solutions meet their needs and drive business value. Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members, ensuring that solutions are designed and implemented with technical excellence and best practices. Essential Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Experience: 7+ years of experience in IT analysis, business systems analysis, or related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in delivering requirements and testing in support of high-quality, secure software. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office suite, including Excel; intermediate relational database understanding; familiarity with SQL; experience creating technical design documents; and general database or data investigation skills. Soft Skills: Excellent critical thinking, analytic, evaluation, and problem-solving skills; strong presentation and communication skills; highly collaborative; and proactive, can-do attitude. Preferred Qualifications Healthcare Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare terminology and industry trends. Technical Skills: Experience with API requirements, mapping, and development; exposure to Design Thinking techniques; and mastery of QA methodology and problem-solving tools/techniques. Certifications: Relevant certifications in IT, business analysis, or related field.
