Researching new and innovative AI approaches and technologies
Mentoring and guiding junior data scientists and collaborating with stakeholders to drive business growth
Key Responsibilities:
Technical leadership in AI and machine learning
Data analysis and modeling
A/B testing and experimentation
Machine learning model development and deployment
Research and development of new AI approaches
Mentorship and guidance of junior data scientists
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field
2+ years of experience with data querying languages (e.g., SQL), scripting languages (e.g., Python), or statistical/numerical programming (e.g., R, SAS, Matlab)
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics)
Experience with statistical models (e.g., multinomial logistic regression)
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of experience with data visualization tools (e.g., AWS QuickSight, Tableau, R Shiny)
Experience managing data pipelines
Experience as a leader and mentor in a data science team
