The ideal candidate has worked in a multi-entity, multi-currency environment, thrives in a fast-paced organization, and is comfortable improving financial processes and supporting automation initiatives.This role will play a key part in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month-end close, and ensuring timely and accurate reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform bank reconciliations on a regular basis.Perform month-end close activities, including preparation of journal entries and account reconciliations.Assist in monthly revenue reports and entries.Maintain accounting records for a multi-entity, multi-currency environment.Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial records.Support process improvements, automation initiatives, and system enhancements within the accounting function.Maintain strong internal controls and proper documentation for audit readiness.QualificationsMinimum 5 years of accounting experience.Proven experience working in a multi-entity, multi-currency environment.Hands-on experience with month-end close processes.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Nice to haveExperience with US sales tax compliance.Experience with Sage Intacct.LocationRuby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone.
