**Senior Data Analysis Specialist – Data Insights and Business Intelligence**

With a strong focus on data quality, security, and compliance, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our data assets are accurate, reliable, and protected. **Key Responsibilities:** * Design, develop, and implement data models, including data definitions, data relationships, and data structures, to support business intelligence and data analytics initiatives * Create and maintain complex data structures for analysis, reporting, and visualization, using tools such as Palantir Foundry, PySpark, Python, and related technologies * Develop and maintain standard, custom, and ad-hoc reports to support business decision-making and stakeholder needs * Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop data-driven solutions to meet those needs * Work with complex client data, including data from various sources such as Level Records, Teradata, Prophet, Sky blue Datalake, and Vertica * Supervise quality control and evaluation of data sets, resolving data issues and investigating system changes for quality assurance * Identify, design, and implement process improvements to enhance application performance and enable cost savings * Tune and enhance data pipelines on Flash to improve data processing and analytics capabilities * Create and maintain documentation describing data structures and data objects **Essential Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or Software Engineering, or equivalent degree * 5 years of moderate, post-baccalaureate experience in the field, or equivalent experience in a related field, with a focus on data analysis, data modeling, and data visualization * Strong experience with SQL, data modeling, and data visualization tools, including Palantir Foundry, PySpark, Python, and related technologies * Experience working with complex client data, including data from various sources such as Level Records, Teradata, Prophet, Sky blue Datalake, and Vertica * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design and implement data-driven solutions to meet business needs * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders **Preferred Qualifications:** * Master's degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or Software Engineering, or equivalent degree * Experience with data warehousing, data governance, and data quality management * Certification in data science, data analytics, or related field * Experience with cloud-based data platforms, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure * Strong experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau, Power BI, and D3.js **Skills and Competencies:** * Strong analytical and
