Our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction has earned us a reputation as a leader in the field, and we are now seeking a talented and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Customer Excellence Manager. **The Role** As a Senior Customer Excellence Manager, you will be responsible for leading our customer excellence initiatives in the Upper Extremities market, developing and executing strategic plans to drive customer engagement, education, and training, and ensuring alignment with our corporate and business unit objectives.
