Job Description Are you a seasoned e-commerce professional with a deep understanding of the Amazon ecosystem? Do you have a proven track record of optimizing product listings, managing advertising campaigns, and driving sales growth on Amazon? Click Rain is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Remote Amazon Store Manager to join our growing team. In this full-time, remote role, you will be instrumental in developing, executing, and managing comprehensive Amazon strategies for our diverse client portfolio. This isn't just about listing products; it's about owning the entire Amazon channel for our clients, from product launch to performance analysis. You will be responsible for maximizing visibility, increasing conversion rates, and ensuring a superior customer experience on the Amazon platform. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, and Amazon Advertising platforms. You'll work closely with our wider digital marketing and client services teams to integrate Amazon strategies into broader marketing initiatives, ensuring brand consistency and synergistic growth across all digital touchpoints. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute comprehensive Amazon strategies for multiple clients, encompassing product launches, listings optimization, inventory management, and promotional activities. • Manage and optimize Amazon Advertising (AMS/Sponsored Products, Brands, Display) campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve client sales targets. • Conduct thorough keyword research, competitive analysis, and market trend analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform strategy. • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, traffic, conversion rates, and ACoS, providing actionable insights and recommendations. • Ensure all Amazon listings are fully optimized with compelling content, high-quality images, A+ content, and enhanced brand content (EBC). • Oversee Amazon customer service inquiries, reviews, and ratings to maintain high seller performance metrics and brand reputation. • Stay current with Amazon policies, platform changes, and e-commerce best practices to proactively adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge. • Collaborate with internal marketing teams (SEO, social media, content) to ensure cohesive digital strategies across all channels. Required Skills • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central accounts. • Demonstrable expertise in Amazon Advertising (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, DSP). • Strong understanding of Amazon SEO, product ranking factors, and listing optimization techniques. • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, with the ability to extract insights from complex data sets. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interaction and internal collaboration. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a remote setting. • High level of autonomy and self-motivation, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field. • Experience with other e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Walmart Marketplace, eBay). • Amazon certification (e.g., Amazon Ads Certification). • Agency experience managing multiple client accounts. • Familiarit
