Responsibilities
Lead and advise clients on the planning, delivery, and management of Enterprise Application transformation and modernization initiatives

Help grow and shape the Digital & Tech Modernization practice by contributing thought leadership and experience to its products and service offerings

Drive business development through the deepening of existing Point B client relationships and the identification of new clients not yet served
,
Contribute to the firm's growth and reputation by helping to develop and lead other Point B Associates
Requirements
Earned a B.A. or B.S. degree
,
6-8+ years of experience in Digital Transformation and Enterprise Application modernization strategy and execution
,
Hands-on experience in Enterprise Application modernization advisory, and program/delivery leadership
,
Experience and subject matter expertise related to Enterprise Application SaaS solutions: CRM, SCM, ERP, POS, Restaurant Front of House and Back of House Applications
,
Enterprise Architecture Planning, selection, & implementation strategic advisory project services
,
Developed holistic strategies (people, process, technology) for client Enterprise-wide Applications initiatives
,
Built and cultivated business relationships and contributed to the growth of a practice area
,
Demonstrated an ability to serve and act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership teams
,
Provided leadership across multiple industries (Retail, Restaurant/Hospitality, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Media & Entertainment and Financial Services) and a variety of business functional areas (Supply Chain, Finance and Accounting, Restaurant Technology, Sales, and HR)
