Wealth Management Associate
Curi Capital is a rapidly growing national registered investment advisory firm based in Chicago, committed to enhancing the financial wellness of its clients. They are looking for a Wealth Management Associate to perform administrative and financial planning functions for high net worth clients while supporting Wealth Advisors and maintaining client relationships.ResponsibilitiesEstablish and maintain effective relationships and provide client service that builds satisfaction and confidenceProvide support to Wealth Advisors by gathering the necessary data to manage client relationships. Update and inform Wealth Advisors about client activity as appropriateAnalyze and evaluate the financial status of clients and prospectsParticipate in 1-4 client or prospect meetings or calls each weekUnderstand how processes and products work together and apply that knowledge to satisfy client questions and concernsDemonstrate critical thinking and good judgment in all situationsResearch and communicate the resolution of complex problems and implement solutionsEnsure completion of internal projectsDevelop and present financial planning recommendations, including but not limited to, retirement and education projectionsProvide effective, timely and proactive communication with clients, colleagues and third partiesSkillsOrganized and collaborative individual with excellent communication skillsPerform administrative and financial planning functions associated with servicing high net worth clientsAssist Wealth Advisors in establishing relationships with clientsMaintain client contact, service client needs, and troubleshoot problemsSignificant impact on the client's impression and trust in the firmAccuracy and timeliness of work and communications is criticalUnderstand how processes and products work together in a client's portfolioDemonstrate critical thinking and good judgment in all situationsResearch and communicate the resolution of complex problems and implement solutionsEnsure completion of internal projectsDevelop and present financial planning recommendationsProvide effective, timely and proactive communication with clients, colleagues and third partiesDemonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize workMust be detail oriented and have demonstrated ability to solve problems and meet deadlinesMust be able to follow defined processes while making adjustments when necessaryAbility to work in a collaborative team environmentExcellent written and oral communication skillsUndergraduate degree or equivalent work experienceSeries 65 recommended or willingness to obtain upon hiringCFP recommended or willingness to obtain within one yearOne to three years of experience in Wealth ManagementEducation or experience in business, economics, or financeExperience working with the publicExposure to wealth management or financial services and experience servicing customersExperience in clubs, activities, sports, volunteer service, etc., especially leadership experienceBenefitsComprehensive health benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and life insuranceEducation assistanceAnnual bonus opportunity401(k) with employer matchShort-term and long-term disabilityFlexible time off13 paid holidays annuallyCompany OverviewAt Curi Capital, our goal is to create value for our clients.
