Serve as the subject matter expert for all things Salesforce within the organization
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements for Salesforce solutions
Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives and processes
Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation through Salesforce
Lead and facilitate meetings with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide updates, and make recommendations for Salesforce solutions
Develop and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce processes and procedures
Stay up-to-date on Salesforce updates and new features, and make recommendations for their implementation within the organization
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or bugs with Salesforce, working closely with IT and other departments as needed
Provide training and support to end users on Salesforce functionality and best practices
Participate in the testing and quality assurance process for new Salesforce releases and updates
Continuously monitor and analyze Salesforce data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations to stakeholders
Keep confidentiality of sensitive company and customer information in accordance with company policies
