As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the company's tax obligations are met in accordance with state, federal, and international laws. Leveraging your specific international tax knowledge and technological advances, you will review, advise, lead, and ensure the completion of our corporation's tax obligations, driving strategic planning and compliance across the globe.

Job Highlights and Responsibilities
As an International Tax Accounting Advisor at Workwarp, you will have the opportunity to work on complex and challenging projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and success. Your key responsibilities will include:

Tax Obligations and Compliance: Review, advise, lead, and ensure the completion of the corporation's tax obligations in accordance with state, federal, and international laws, leveraging specific international tax knowledge and technological advances.
Tax Provisions and Reporting: Prepare and review quarterly and annual tax provisions for U.S. tax impacts of foreign operations, including current and deferred tax reporting pursuant to ASC 740.
U.S. Tax Compliance: Assist with the U.S. tax compliance requirements of foreign operations, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
Project Leadership: Lead complex tax projects, ensuring timely and accurate results, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the finance department and the company.


Essential Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, or a related discipline.
Experience: Five (5) years of directly related experience within a tax/financial discipline.
Knowledge: Knowledge of large service or business operations, including international tax laws and regulations.
Technical Skills: Experience with annual tax provision calculations and disclosures for non-U.S. operations pursuant to U.S. GAAP accounting principles as determined under ASC 740.
Software Proficiency: Knowledge of CORPTAX, Oracle Cloud, Oracle Essbase, Alteryx, and OneSource DATAFLOW.
Leadership: Ability to lead complex tax projects, ensuring timely and accurate results.
Communication: Strong analytical, problem-solving, technical, tax accounting, and research skills, with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.


Preferred Qualifications and Skills
While not required, the following preferred qualifications and skills will be considered a plus:

CPA or Advanced Degree: CPA or advanced degree in Accounting or Taxation.
SEC Reporting: Experience with SEC reporting and SOX 404 Control process.
International Tax: In-depth knowledge of international tax laws and regulations, including experience with tax planning and compliance.
