The IT Employee Experience org is looking for a results-driven Sr. Business Systems Analyst to manage a growing portfolio of software applications. The ideal candidate is consultative in their approach, and has experience managing services and tools for a global organization. You will play a significant role in ensuring that our technology enables operational efficiency and meets cross-functional objectives that will scale with our business growth. What you’ll do: Work cross-functionally with a broad set of business partners to design, implement, and maintain systems (people, process, and tools) to enable enterprise goals and improve employee productivity. Work with stakeholders across different business verticals to identify problems, design solutions, and lead projects to completion ensuring activities achieve intended outcomes (success criteria, ROI). Empower various teams with the guidance, training, and thought-partnership in order to achieve business goals through usage of software applications. Lead discovery, research, testing, and implementation of application functionality in order to recommend enhancements to improve business capabilities. Collaborate with a team of technology experts to produce user stories, acceptance criteria, functional designs, specifications, prototypes, and proofs-of-concept for new and enhanced functionality. What we’re looking for: 5+ years experience with technology initiatives (product manager/owner, BSA, consulting, etc). Experience with company-wide Collaboration & Productivity tools (Google Workspace/Gemini, Glean, Slack, Intranet). Experience with GenAI tools, prompt engineering, and AI enablement. Experience managing large technology initiatives that are complex and cross-functional. Ability to manage through ambiguity, build alignment, and create buy-in with cross-functional teams. Techno-functional aptitude to evaluate business capability needs and bridge them with technology solutions (gap analyses, current/future processes). Align with product owners on product strategy/roadmap. Ability to translate business goals into system requirements and work end-to-end with service delivery teams (user stories, acceptance criteria, designs, testing plans). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and program management skills. Ability to communicate in a clear and concise professional manner, tailored to the appropriate audience; including both verbal and written communications. Demonstrated ability to take ownership of work, work autonomously with minimal oversight, and be proactive with communications and task prioritization. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience. In-Office Requirement Statement: We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection. This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 1-2 times every 6-months and therefore can be situated anywhere in the country.
