REQUIREMENT: Senior Business Analyst-WIC EBT Transition Analyst Business Process Optimization, UAT & Stakeholder Engagement Austin, Texas (Remote)---Locals Only Need Overall 10+Years of experience 3 References from the recent projects is must. Minimum Qualifications: • 8 years of troubleshooting and developing workable system solutions • 8 years of developing training curricula and conducting training sessions • 8 years of designing, developing, and executing UAT test cases • 8 years of reviewing technical instructions and providing user feedback • 8 years of reviewing complex requirements and deliverables with vendors • 8 years of analyzing system dual participation records • 8 years of gathering user requirements from state and local agency staff • 8 years of communicating testing, training, and enhancement feedback • 8 years of consulting/escalating complex project issues to business leads • 8 years of identifying project risks and proposing mitigation strategies • 8 years of tracking deliverables to ensure timely completion • 8 years of developing and executing test plans • 8 years of providing quality customer service and process improvements • 8 years of explaining processes to teams and stakeholder groups • 8 years of experience reviewing Sprint summary reports and providing analysis/feedback Preferred: • State WIC or WIC Local Agency experience Specific Skills: • Business process analysis & improvement • System issue troubleshooting • User training development and facilitation • UAT coordination and test planning • Technical documentation review • Risk management and reporting • Effective communication with business and IT teams • Familiarity with WIC program systems and state operations • Customer service and stakeholder engagement If you are interested share your updated resume with contact number to this email [email protected] This is a remote position.
