About the position
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Analytics Assistant in ATM Support Group. In this role, you will support the performance of less experienced staff and the overall effectiveness of the team. You will proactively provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools. Your responsibilities will include performing complex administrative transactional and operational support tasks, updating project logs, participating in research, tracking, and data gathering related to projects, and providing subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to less experienced staff. You will interact with the team, functional area, internal peers outside the work group, and your manager on planning and performing analysis, trends, and presentation design.
Responsibilities
• Support performance of less experienced staff and overall effectiveness of team
• Proactively provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools
• Perform complex administrative transactional and operational support tasks
• Update project logs
• Participate in research, tracking, and data gathering related to projects
• Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to less experienced staff

Requirements
• 4+ years of Analytics and Reporting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Nice-to-haves
• Cash Management or Armored Transportation experience
• Invoice research and validation for armored carrier and/or hardware servicing vendors
• Contract writing or interpretation
• Excellent attention to details
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience with claims research and management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
