Description

SAIC is seeking incumbent and external talent to support the newly awarded Government Accountability Office (GAO), Technology Information Services (TIS) contract. These positions will provide services spanning the breadth of IT operations in support of GAO, including the following task areas:
• Program and Task Management
• Customer Experience, including Help Desk and Deskside Support
• Cloud and Digital Environments
• IT Infrastructure
• Software Factory - maintaining over 100 software applications with migration to Low/No Code platforms
• Asset and Inventory Management
• Information Systems Security
• Publishing, Information and Web Support Services
• Infrastructure and Application Monitoring Platform
Within these Task Areas there are specialized skillsets SAIC will be seeking to fill. Minimum requirements will vary based on role, level, education and experience. SAFe certifications and/or experience are highly preferred:
• Application Developers
• Business Architects
• Data Architects
• Database Engineers
• Testers; Quality Assurance
• Cloud Engineers
• Communications
• Infrastructure and Design
• UI/ UX Design
• Quality Assurance and Risk Management; SLA Management
• Information Assurance and Security Operations
• IT Infrastructure
• Systems Engineers
• Deskside Technicians
• Service Desk
• Training
• Imaging Leads and Technicians
• ServiceNow Developers
All positions must be performed in the continental United States and many will be remote, with the exception of Help Desk, Deskside Support, and select Infrastructure roles.

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum requirements will vary based on role, level, education and experience
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT:
• Must possess or be able to successfully obtain a GAO Public Trust
Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
