• *_What Customer Pricing Support contributes to Cardinal Health_**

Customer Service is responsible for establishing, maintaining and enhancing customer business through contract administration, customer orders, and problem resolution.

Customer Pricing Support is responsible for proactive research, customer and supplier inquiries, and dispute resolution all with a concentration on customer pricing, acting as a liaison with internal and external key stakeholders. Services multiple customer accounts and/or processes in a fast paced and highly analytical environment.
• *_Responsibilities_**

+ Manage a queue of submitted pricing discrepancy requests

+ Works collaboratively to respond to non-standard requests

+ Provides support for business transformation activities

+ Act as a liaison with internal and external key stakeholders

+ Leverages knowledge of service level goals when providing customer and supplier support

+ Act as a mentor for less experienced colleagues
• *_Qualifications_**

+ Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred

+ 2-4 years of experience, preferred

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

+ Sense of urgency, attention to detail and accountability

+ Ability to build strong collaborative relationships and communicate effectively

+ Strong organizational skills

+ Experience with MS Excel

+ Experience with SAP and business objects, preferred

+ Works on projects of moderate scope and complexity

+ Identifies possible solutions to a variety of technical problems and takes action to resolve

+ Work reviewed for sound reasoning and accuracy
• *Anticipated salary range:** $57,000-$73,440
