Senior Allied Healthcare Underwriter
JCW is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-respected global carrier looking to continue expanding their allied healthcare team. In this role, you'll report directly to the SVP of Allied Health and evaluate new and renewal complex risks. Key Responsibilities: • Evaluate and underwrite complex new and renewal submissions, ensuring sound risk selection and alignment with profitability and growth goals. • Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale brokers while promoting company products through marketing efforts and occasional travel. • Support team development by mentoring junior underwriters and contributing to special projects and initiatives. Key Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience as an underwriter, specifically within allied healthcare • Established connections within the wholesale broker market and the ability to foster long-term business partnerships.
