Senior Advanced Analytics - Host App & Marketing:
Primary Skills: SQL (Expert), Python/R (Advanced), A/B Testing (Expert), Statistical Analysis (Advanced), Data Visualization (Proficient)

Location: Remote (San Francisco, CA)
Pay Range: $80 - $90 per hour on W2
Job Description:
Looking for an experienced Advanced Analytics Contractor to significantly contribute to the product and business decision-making processes for the Host App and Marketing teams. This role demands a hands-on approach to deliver impactful analysis, run experiments, and provide actionable insights to guide product strategy and improve execution efficiency. The ideal candidate will work autonomously, engage effectively with various teams, and adhere to tight deadlines to fulfill urgent analytics needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct advanced analytics to drive decisions within the Host App and Marketing.
• Utilize statistical, causal, and exploratory methods to tackle complex business and product questions.
• Design and analyze experimental frameworks (A/B tests) to evaluate feature impact.
• Establish and maintain key product performance and business outcome metrics and dimensions.
• Create analytical tools (queries, dashboards) to aid decision-making, and work in collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure methodology alignment.
Must Have Skills:
• Proficiency in SQL and either Python or R.
• Extensive experience in designing and analyzing A/B experiments.
• Strong capability in developing end-to-end metrics, from definition to data pipeline implementation.
Industry Experience Required:
• Background in marketplace analytics, product analytics, or business strategy.
• Previous engagement in an advanced analytics, data science, or applied quantitative analysis role, with a minimum of 8 years of experience.
