Job Highlights: Start Date: Immediate openings available Compensation: A competitive salary with opportunities for bonuses and growth Location: Remote (work from home) Position: Remote Call Center Representative Company: Workwarp Responsibilities of a Remote Call Center Representative As a Remote Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for: Communicating with donors and prospective donors in a positive, engaging, and enthusiastic manner that strengthens the connection between non-profit and donor Securing financial gifts from donors and prospective donors on behalf of our clients Managing and maintaining accurate records of donor interactions and transactions Meeting or exceeding minimum fundraising and productivity metrics Participating in ongoing training and coaching to improve performance and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices Requirements of the Fundraising Agent To be successful in this role, you will need: 1 year or more of successful outbound telemarketing experience , with a preference given to telephone fundraising experience A dedicated wired internet connection and a quiet place to work at home free from normal household interruptions Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications A commitment and enthusiasm to the charitable and non-profit causes we represent, which is a huge advantage Availability for full-time positions only (40 hours per week) Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience in customer service or sales Familiarity with fundraising software and technology Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity metrics Skills and Competencies Required for Success To excel in this role, you will need: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to build rapport with donors and prospective donors Strong problem-solving and analytical skills , with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision Strong organizational and time management skills , with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Passion for helping others and making a positive impact Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Workwarp, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
