This team is responsible for managing our Acquiring Host; we manage the transaction authorization flow from our gateways to the International Payment Schemes (IPS), the outgoing and incoming Clearing flows from the IPS, the Fee calculation for our Merchants, and much more!As an Acquiring Host Specialist, you will be working with a strong team that has experience in Fintech and help shape the future of our Acquiring offering. Youāll help this team manage our Acquiring Host operations so we can ensure the best Merchant experience that is scalable and secure. You will:Build new features in our Acquiring Host that are scalable and secure, ensuring the smooth operations of our Acquiring HostCreate processes for and coordinate Bi-Annual updates, Migrations, and New feature rolloutsContribute to continuous improvements in current processes to increase operational scalabilityProblem-solve edge cases that are impacting our Merchants while working with Front-line teamsCertify or update integrations with the International Payment Schemes (Visa, Mastercard, etc)Improve current implementations to ensure International Payment Scheme (IPS) complianceHandle integrations with HSM providersCoordinate with Gateway/Processors and International Payment SchemesAct as a bridge between IPS implementation topics and the rest of the organizationDevelop and implement metrics for monitoring performance and setting up alerting systems to ensure optimal operation and timely issue resolutionMonitor our services, identify improvements for our alerts, and, where possible, automateDocument all the aforementioned processes and integrations, providing clear and comprehensive guides for internal use and compliance purposes and enforce procedures to comply with/improve PCI-DSS, PCI-PIN, and PCI-3DS standardsMaintain our testing environments and become experts in International Payment Schemes' test environmentsIf you have a passion for the above and a strong background in the FinTech industry, we believe this might be for you!Your Story6+ years of experience working in Fintech and with International Payment SchemesHave experience with Acquiring or Issuing platformsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical issues effectivelyThink creatively and insightfully about business problemsFamiliarity with industry standards and compliance requirements, such as PCI-DSS.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and accuracyAbility to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentThe PerksWe trust you, so we offer flexible working hours, as long it suits both you and your team;Physical and mental health support through our partnership with GymPass giving free access to over 1,500 gyms in the UK, 1-1 therapy, meditation sessions, digital fitness and nutrition apps;Our company offers extended and improved maternity and paternity leave choices, giving employees more flexibility and support;Cycle-to-Work Scheme;Health and Life Insurance;Pension Scheme;25 days of Annual Leave (+ Bank Holidays);Office snacks every day;Friendly, comfortable and informal office environment in Central London.Teya is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.We are committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone regardless of race, ethnicity, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, religion, or background can thrive and do their best work.
