Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:
Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring every customer feels valued and appreciated
Processing transactions accurately and efficiently on our POS register
Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out
Ensuring merchandise is stocked and presented in an attractive and inviting manner
Assisting customers with propane needs, as required
Working collaboratively with your team to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
Taking direction from your Supervisor and contributing to a positive and productive work environment
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
A friendly, outgoing, and helpful attitude
The ability to process transactions accurately and efficiently
A willingness to take direction from your Supervisor and work collaboratively with your team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:
Previous retail or customer service experience
Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a POS system
Ability to lift 35-50 pounds and stand for long periods
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends

Possibly around chemicals and fuel/fuel fumes
Assisting in stocking the cooler
