SAP Purchasing Functional Analyst (MM P2P) Location: Novi, MI (Hybrid or On site depending on plant support) Type: Full Time or Long Term Contract Industry: Automotive Manufacturing Role Overview We are looking for a SAP Purchasing Functional Analyst to support and improve Procure to Pay processes across multiple manufacturing plants. This role will work directly with Purchasing, Materials, and Accounts Payable teams to ensure efficient sourcing, procurement execution, and vendor management within SAP. This role is critical to stabilizing and optimizing purchasing operations in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities • Support and optimize SAP MM Purchasing and Procure to Pay processes • Configure and support Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Release Strategies, Vendor Master, and Pricing Conditions • Partner with Purchasing and AP teams to resolve daily operational issues and improve process efficiency • Support integration between MM, FI, and Inventory Management • Analyze and improve purchasing workflows including approvals, supplier performance, and invoice matching • Support plant level procurement activities including direct and indirect materials • Assist with ERP optimization initiatives and standardization efforts across plants • Participate in testing, cutover, and deployment activities Required Qualifications • 7+ years of SAP MM experience with strong focus on Purchasing and P2P • Manufacturing plant experience required • Hands on SAP configuration experience in MM Purchasing • Strong understanding of three way match, invoice processing, and vendor management • Experience working closely with Finance and Supply Chain teams Preferred Experience • Automotive manufacturing background • Experience in multi plant or global SAP environments • Exposure to SAP ECC with S 4HANA roadmap North Point Technology is THE BEST place to work for curious-minded engineers motivated to support our country's most crucial missions!
