SAP Production Planner SMEPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced SAP Production Planner Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing production planning processes, demand management, and material requirements planning (MRP) using SAP, ensuring a seamless supply chain and efficient inventory management.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement production planning strategies using SAP to meet demand and optimize inventory levels.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between production schedules and supply chain activities.Utilize data analysis to forecast demand and adjust production plans accordingly.Manage material requirements planning (MRP) processes to ensure timely availability of materials for production.Conduct regular reviews of manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.Coordinate production scheduling to maximize resource utilization and minimize downtime.Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production planning and inventory management.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in production planning or supply chain management.Expertise in SAP ERP systems, particularly in production planning and MRP modules.Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and inventory management principles.Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools, including advanced Excel skills.Demonstrated ability to implement process improvements and drive change initiatives.Strong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional projects.Salary: $105,000 - $125,000BenefitsVacation/PTOMedicalDentalVision401kBonusRelocationTelecommute
