About the Role We’re hiring a Commission-Based CTO to lead technical delivery for AAIA Gov. You’ll: • Architect scalable, compliant automation systems for federal clients • Own the tech side of RFPs and contract delivery • Lead fulfillment on awarded contracts • Make executive calls on tools, stack, security, and delivery architecture • Collaborate with CSO and BD to scope and price winning solutions • Earn 25–40% of revenue from federal contracts you help deliver You're a Fit If You: • Have 5+ years leading GovTech delivery or systems for federal agencies (e.g., DoD, DHS, VA, GSA, HHS) • Have hands-on experience winning and executing federal contracts — from RFP responses to secure delivery (FedRAMP, CMMC, FISMA) • Have worked for or with major integrators like SAIC, Booz Allen, Palantir, Leidos, AWS GovCloud, or similar • Can own technical strategy and fulfillment using lean internal teams or contract-based models • Want to earn like a cofounder, with direct upside from every contract delivered Bonus Points For: • Experience with FedRAMP, CMMC, or SBIRs/GSA bids • Past roles at integrators (SAIC, Booz Allen, Palantir, AWS GovCloud) • Familiarity with LLMs, Zapier, Make, n8n, low-code + automation tools • Clearance is a plus, not required This isn’t a salary job. It’s a high-upside, commission-based role with potential for equity and long-term ownership.
