SAP OCM Change Network - Remote

• This role will assist the Client OCM Team with revitalizing the State’s Change Network for the SAP Transformation project. • A change network consisting of Change Ambassadors and Super Users exists today. However, each of these groups need to be re-started with the resumption of the project. • This role will work with the client OCM team to re-establish each group through clear defining the objective and expectations for the Change Ambassador and Super User role. Subsequent activities will be to conduct regular meeting where relevant information and action items are communicated. • The Change Ambassador role is expected to act as a ‘champion of change’ in their department / group. Meetings will focus on providing information about the project and significant impacts on business processes and changes in the way work will be conducted. Additionally, questions may arise from the group that may require additional research before responding back to the group. • The Super User role is expected to act as the ‘first line of defense’ for the end user community. This role is also expected to actively participate in testing and to act as trainers to their end users. Meetings will focus on project timelines and expected participation commitments while ensuring the group is prepared to execute their tasks and acquire all the tools needed to fulfill their role. • The OCM Change Network role will need to coordinate the regular meeting, establish agenda and create meeting materials. Roster management is also required to ensure that departing members are replaced with new members and are effectively on-boarded. • This role will require good communication skills (both written and oral) and attention to detail. Lastly, the role must be able to build relationships with each group to establish trust and demonstrate the ability to actively listen to the network’s concerns Apply tot his job
