SAP MM/PP Analyst

SAP MM/PP Business Analyst Overview: We are seeking a seasoned SAP MM/PP Business Analyst to help drive process improvements and system enhancements across manufacturing and supply chain operations. This role involves translating business needs into SAP solutions, configuring systems, and supporting both project and production environments. What You’ll Do: • Analyze complex business challenges and design SAP-based solutions, primarily in MM and PP modules, with additional exposure to ECM, QM, and PM. • Configure SAP systems to align with evolving business requirements and industry best practices. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, document, and implement system enhancements and process improvements. • Lead testing efforts, including planning, execution, and validation of unit and integration tests. • Support end users through training, documentation, and troubleshooting, ensuring smooth adoption of new features and processes. • Use reporting tools and queries to deliver actionable insights and support decision-making. • Coordinate project activities, manage timelines, and ensure effective communication across stakeholders. • Contribute to IT standards, maintain support documentation, and assist with non-SAP systems as needed. What You Bring: • Extensive hands-on experience with SAP MM and PP modules. • Familiarity with ECM, QM, and PM modules is a strong plus. • Solid understanding of SAP ERP systems, database applications, and software development practices. • Proven ability to manage production support and project-based work. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in business terms. • Experience working across multiple projects with minimal supervision. Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent practical experience). • Knowledge of SAP best practices and process optimization techniques. • Experience with report writing and system integration.
