Tax Consultant for Staffing Agency | $80-$150/hr | 100% Remote

Our client needs assistance with tax preparation for the next 2-4 weeks. Our client is offering: • a 100% Remote Role • $80-$150/hr rate depending on your qualifications • Ability to work 10-40 hours per week depending on your availability • Ability to work daytime, evening, or weekend hours depending on your availability. • Opportunity for an on-going consulting/advising role What you bring to the engagement: • Significant experience and knowledge in Tax preparation for companies that fall within the NAICS 561311 category • CPA, EA, JD, or LLM license (or currently in progress) • 2+ years of tax expertise in planning, compliance, and federal/state tax returns • Stellar organization, communication, and multitasking prowess • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar area preferred What you will be doing: • Manage complex Federal and California tax returns, including 1099 forms. • Review, strategize, and ensure client tax efficiency. • Devise and implement tax-optimized structures.
