SAP Finance Consultant Location :: Remote Duration :: Long TermJob Description :: Overview: Seeking an experienced to support a finance transformation at a global professional services firm. Focus areas include Universal Journal (UJ), Intercompany Matching & Reconciliation (ICMR), and Journal Entry (JE) workflows in S/4HANA.In Short: This role requires hands-on configuration experience, deep process knowledge, and the ability to work with finance stakeholders in a professional services environment (project-based revenue recognition, client billing, intercompany transactions, etc.).Key ResponsibilitiesLead workshops to assess and design SAP Finance processes.Configure Universal Journal (ACDOCA) for integrated reporting.Design and implement ICMR processes (data sources, rules, tolerances).Enhance JE workflows (controls, approvals, automation).Partner with finance leaders on close, consolidation, and compliance.Support testing and deployment with technical teams.Advise on best practices for project-based finance (billing, allocations, intercompany).Requirements8+ years in SAP FI/CO; hands-on S/4HANA (UJ, ICMR, JE workflows).Experience in professional services (legal, consulting, IT, etc.).Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder communication skills.Ability to translate business needs into SAP configuration.PreferredExposure to Group Reporting / Consolidation in S/4HANA.ICMR experience in Central Finance environments.Familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).Background in global finance transformation programs.Best Regards,Thanks,Abdul SamadIT Talent AcquisitionEmployers have access to artificial intelligence language tools (“AI”) that help generate and enhance job descriptions and AI may have been used to create this description.
