It involves overseeing the technical aspects of implementing and managing Marketing Cloud solutions in a large organisation. This role champions platform best practices, drives innovation, and ensures the SFMC ecosystem is leveraged to its full potential across the organisation. Required Experience: 5+ years of hands-on development experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud in a similar developer/SME role in a large organisation Deep comprehension of Marketing Cloud features, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio, etc. Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects and influence architectural decisions Experience integrating Salesforce MC with third-party applications and data sources Solid skills in areas like SQL, AMPscript and integrations with other systems Impressive communication and stakeholder management skills Proven ability to work in an Agile environment Certification in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Key responsibilities & duties include: Develop and deliver Marketing Cloud solutions to meet business requirements Act as the technical authority and SME for all SFMC-related initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and marketing strategies Champion platform governance and best practices, including naming conventions, folder structures, data hygiene, automation and reusability of assets Support low-level solution designs and implement Marketing Cloud solutions, including data models, automation processes, and integrations Overseeing the overall health and performance of the Marketing Cloud instance Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g Product Owners, business, Architects) to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions Work closely with developers and data teams to integrate Salesforce with other systems Identifying opportunities to optimise and improve the Marketing Cloud platform and its utilisation Desirable skills: Other SFMC certifications (e.g. Data Cloud, Consultant, Email Specialist) Knowledge of AI-driven marketing automation solutions What’s in it for you: An opportunity to join a fast-growing company Options for career advancement Learning and development opportunities Flexible working environment Competitive salaries based on experience Equal Opportunity Employer: Amach is an equal opportunity employer and makes employment decisions on the basis of merit.
