Provide basic product information and assist customers with their needs
Resolve simple customer issues and escalate complex inquiries to senior team members
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Learn about our luxury products and market trends to provide informed support
Participate in training sessions to develop your sales and customer service skills
Contribute to a positive team environment and collaborate with colleagues as needed
Requirements
No previous experience is required; we are looking for a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently while being a part of a remote team
Organizational skills and attention to detail are important
Basic computer skills and familiarity with using online communication tools
