Conduct telemarketing efforts to promote products and services, ensuring a high level of customer engagement.
Assist in negotiating terms and closing deals while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
Participate in training sessions to develop skills in inside sales techniques and business development strategies.
Communicate effectively with clients, providing them with information about products, services, and promotions.
Requirements
Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential for effective communication with clients.
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is key.
Previous experience in telemarketing or inside sales is a plus but not required for entry-level candidates.
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced setting.
