Responsibilities Develop and maintain high-quality Python software that operates reliably in production environments. Utilize automated tools and methods to ensure consistent production of maintainable and scalable Python code. Translate business requirements into software implementations, making informed decisions that balance time, quality, and client-specific needs. Conduct research to identify best practices, methodologies, and tools for creating top-notch Python-based software solutions. Excel in understanding complex systems and collaborate effectively with peers and client teams to achieve productive outcomes. Build components that facilitate the rapid self-service of data products using modern technologies. Contribute to defining project roadmaps, timelines, and estimates. Document and share internal knowledge regarding industry best practices in Python. Required Skills Strong React knowledge (minimum 3 year of experience). Intermediate-level Python skills (minimum 1 year of experience). Commitment to code hygiene, including code review, adherence to standards, documentation, testing, CI/CD, and general software development best practices. Proficiency in Python frameworks commonly used for backend development, such as FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, Django, Celery, etc. Ability to create implementation plans that weigh the pros and cons of different approaches. Solid understanding of application development fundamentals and practical knowledge of various programming languages. Intermediate-level English language proficiency for writing technical documents like Design Documents. Nice to Have ✨ Familiarity with excellent development tools and frameworks like TypeScript, Next.js , Vite.js , linting, etc. Positive problem-solving attitude. Knowledge of some AWS (or GCP) services. Experience with Airflow for workflow and data pipeline orchestration. Knowledge of QA Automation to ensure software quality in development and deployment processes. Familiarity with CI/CD practices for continuous integration and delivery. Hands-on experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code. Experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration and scalability. Previous experience in client-facing tech consultancy roles. Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions.
