Job Summary We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Representative - Membership to join our Membership Sales team. As a remote sales representative, you'll be responsible for selling AAA membership products to businesses and organizations across the state. Key Responsibilities Selling AAA Membership Products : You'll be responsible for selling AAA membership products to businesses and organizations, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell existing members. Lead Generation and Prospecting : You'll source, develop leads, prospect, and continually network to expand your sales pipeline and meet or exceed sales and performance goals. Cold Calling and Presentation Skills : You'll conduct professional B2B sales presentations using PowerPoint skills and cold call businesses to introduce AAA membership products and services. Independent Work and Time Management : You'll work independently, managing your time effectively to meet sales targets and performance goals. Follow-up and Reporting : You'll follow up on prospects, identify cross-sell opportunities, and maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics using Excel. Event Attendance and Travel : You may be required to attend AAA-sponsored events, training sessions, and meetings within the state, which may involve overnight travel. Requirements and Preferred Skills Essential Qualifications B2B Sales Experience : A minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of success in sales performance. Cold Calling Experience : A minimum of 2 years of cold calling experience, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Background Check and Drug Screen : Successful completion of a background check and drug screen. Physical Requirements : Ability to occasionally lift and move more than 25lbs. Driving Requirements : Possess a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record. Insurance Requirements : Provide proof of automobile liability insurance at the time of hire. Preferred Skills and Competencies Excellent Presentation and Communication Skills : Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade business clients. Organizational Skills and Discipline : Strong organizational skills and discipline to work independently, managing time effectively to meet sales targets and performance goals. Excel Knowledge : Proficiency in Excel, with the ability to maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics.
