Job Description We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Customer Care Assistants. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and support to our members, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about Aetna's products and services. Assist members with questions related to their health insurance plans, claims, and benefits. Process and document customer interactions accurately and efficiently. Resolve customer issues and concerns, striving for first-call resolution. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers. Stay up-to-date on Aetna's policies, procedures, and product offerings. Qualifications: We are looking for individuals who possess the following qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Previous customer service experience is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and remotely. Proficiency in using computer systems and navigating through software applications. Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace at home.
