The Role: Healthcare Customer Service Representative As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient experiences. You will work with patients, members, and customers to provide answers, resolve issues, and offer guidance on healthcare benefits, eligibility, and enrollment. Your passion for helping others, strong product knowledge, and excellent communication skills will enable you to make a positive impact on patients' lives and contribute to the success of our team.
