Sales Manager, Certified Free From CPG (eastern time zone only)
Summary:
The CFF (Certified Free From) CPG Sales Manager is responsible for CFF CPG business growth. You will develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for your sales channel, and work closely with marketing and operations to drive sales velocity and growth initiatives.

Responsibilities:
Ā Develop and implement a sales plan to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives
Ā Identify and meet with potential customers, educating them on CFF and generating excitement to partner with us
Ā Identify new targets where CFF can thrive, connect with key stakeholders, and develop a strategy to penetrate those markets
Ā Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics
Ā Acquire and analyze sales data and market trends to inform decisions and sales angles
Ā Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to adapt strategies accordingly
Ā Proactively... manage internal and external systems to support growth in your channel
Ā Plan, lead, and attend conferences, industry events and educational opportunities
Knowledge and Skills:
Ā Desire to build an early-stage certification with a mission to protect consumers and save lives
Ā Strong relationship-building skills and enjoyment for collaboration within the organization and with external partners
Ā The ability to persuade and create buy-in from external stakeholders
Ā The ability to operate independently while clearly communicating your priorities and initiatives to the rest of the team
Ā Analytical background with the ability to distill numbers into decisions
Ā A self-starting attitude with a love for executing on ideas and moving quickly
Ā Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ā Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workplace
Education and Experience
Ā Minimum 3 years sales experience required.
Ā HS diploma / GED required.
Ā Experience in the food industry is preferred.

Ā This is a 100% remote position.
Ā Must be able to travel to sites, meetings and events (typically once a month).
