Position Overview
As a Sales Management Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training, rotating through key departments such as Marketing and Sales. You will work alongside experienced leaders, gaining valuable exposure to multiple business functions and responsibilities. This role is designed to help you build the foundation for a long-term career in management.
Key Responsibilities
Department Rotation: Rotate through core business functions, gaining practical experience in day-to-day operations and strategic decision-making.
Project Management: Contribute to key projects, helping streamline processes and improve performance.
Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to ensure smooth execution of business objectives.
Leadership Development: Receive mentorship and coaching from senior leaders while developing your management skills.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Assist with analyzing business data and providing insights to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.
Continuous Learning: Participate in training sessions and workshops designed to enhance leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Education: High school diploma or a Bachelors Degree
