Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and strategic Regional Sales and Marketing Director to lead our regional teams in driving growth, brand awareness, and customer engagement across multiple channels. Responsibilities
• Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets, ensuring alignment with overall corporate goals.
• Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns incorporating SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and performance marketing to maximize reach and engagement.
• Oversee digital marketing efforts including content marketing, advertising sales, Google AdWords campaigns, Facebook Advertising, and marketing automation tools.
• Manage the creation of compelling content across platforms using Adobe Creative Suite and WordPress, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality messaging.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, analyze competitors, and understand customer needs within the region.
• Collaborate with product management teams to tailor offerings for regional markets and support e-commerce initiatives through targeted strategies.
• Monitor key analytics using Google Analytics and other tools to evaluate campaign performance; adjust tactics accordingly for optimal results.
• Lead budgeting processes for regional campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across print advertising, digital channels, and promotional activities.
• Foster strong relationships with local partners, media outlets, and stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and drive sales growth.

Experience
• Proven track record in senior sales or marketing roles with a focus on regional or territory management in a fast-paced environment.
• Extensive experience in digital marketing including SEO, social media marketing, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and analytics platforms like Google Analytics.
• Strong background in B2B marketing strategies combined with expertise in content creation using Adobe Creative Suite and WordPress.
• Demonstrated success in managing multi-channel campaigns that incorporate email marketing, print advertising, performance marketing, and product promotion.
• Skilled in research methodologies to gather market insights and translate data into actionable strategies.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms and familiarity with HTML coding is a plus.
