**Key Skills and Qualifications**

* A high school diploma or equivalent
* 1+ years of experience in retail, e-commerce, and social media, with a strong understanding of online platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
* The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple live chat and phone interactions simultaneously
* Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
* Fluency in English, with bilingual skills a plus
