All of our clinical managers have vast experience in delivering school based teletherapy services, and they are available when needed.At Huddle Up, you’re part of a team that ensures students receive the best care possible.What You’ll Do: Responsible for actively seeking out new business opportunities by engaging and building relationships with potential customers both inbound and outbound. Researches, identifies, and nurtures inbound and outbound leads to boost customer acquisition and revenue growth.Qualify and Nurture Sales Leads: Qualify and identify prospect needs by leveraging key contacts within an organization, outbound/Inbound prospecting to target the assigned market segment, proactively seek new business opportunities within the marketCustomer Education: Educate potential customers on the value and opportunity of using Huddle Up, suggests the appropriate services to meet their unique needsRelationship Management: Nurture client relationships building a long-term trusting relationship with prospective clients, proactively listen to market needsAdministrative Tasks: Provide timely and accurate administrative reporting on a consistent basis, set up meetings for prospective customers and account executivesWho You Are:Little need for oversight in preparing for meetingsCompetitive in nature and driven to achieve goalsArticulate and poised with a clear and concise spoken and written communication styleAbility to learn on the fly and thrive in a fast-moving environmentEnthusiastic and passionate about delivering therapy to everyoneExcellent interpersonal, customer service skills, attention to detail, and organization skillsMinimum Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field2+ years of hands-on experience prospective and achieving sales quotasPassion for education and helping studentsA consistent track record of identifying customer needs and successfully implementing solutionsThe on target earnings for this role are $55,000 - $65,000. This role will also be eligible for a commission plan based on sales lead acquisition. Exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate’s skills, experience and other qualifications.
