Our team of dedicated professionals is passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of our customers and the communities we serve. **Job Summary** As a part-time Customer Experience Banker, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our customers, and identifying opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their financial goals and needs, and provide personalized banking solutions to help them achieve their objectives. You'll also be responsible for processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently, balancing daily, and adhering to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service and effectively resolve customer issues * Be proficient in understanding and educating customers on consumer deposit products * Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up program, outbound calling, and sourcing referrals from customers and partners * Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build a strong partnership * Adhere to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures * Demonstrate acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication, and presentation * Perform other duties as assigned **Basic Qualifications** * High School Diploma or GED and minimum of 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role * Bachelor's Degree preferred **Preferred Qualifications** * 1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales * Cash handling skills * Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong customer service skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other banking software applications * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
