Frontend Engineer

What You're About You bring 3+ years of hands-on React and TypeScript development experience, with deep expertise in advanced React concepts including hooks, Higher-Order Components (HOCs), component composition, and design system development. You have a keen eye for UI and UX design with an obsession for pixel-perfect implementation, coupled with strong Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, and application programming You thrive in fast-paced, dynamic startup environments and enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results. What You Will Do You'll take full ownership of frontend development including architecture design, tooling, development methodologies, testing, and deployment strategies. As part of your role, you'll build and maintain a robust, advanced UI library and design system that enables frontend development across our entire R&D department, working with sophisticated component composition patterns to ensure scalability and reusability. You'll develop highly customized, complex web-based applications using React, Redux, and modern frontend frameworks, delivering critical features that directly impact our product's success. Your responsibilities include transforming UI/UX wireframes from ideation to high-quality production code, bridging the gap between graphic design and technical implementation with pixel-perfect precision. You'll participate in product design reviews to provide technical input on functional requirements, design feasibility, project schedules, and potential risks, while maintaining close interaction with customers to deeply understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions that enhance user experience. Additionally, you'll contribute to the technical direction of our frontend infrastructure and mentor team members on advanced React patterns and best practices.
