Business or sales degree preferred. Strong active listening skills and ability to understand customer needs. High level of self-confidence and eagerness to learn. Ability to work diligently on inbound leads to maximize conversion rates. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
