Telesales : call the potential customers, introduce our rental product, guide them through the documents submission, contract signing, and vehicle pickup process. Update the sales report on a daily basis.
Marketing : make monthly marketing promotion plans and marketing strategies, utilize the marketing budget to generate sales leads. Communicate with the designer about the marketing campaign content and make sure the designer deliver the marketing materials on time. Monitor the rental fee payment, start the late payment collection procedure when late payments occur, remind the customers to pay the rent. Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the project lead.
