Job Title Sales, Account Manager - Service Solutions (New Jersey, Field-Based) Job Description Represent Philips by developing and driving key partnerships both internally with Philips Healthcare counterparts (marketing, service, support, education, legal etc.) and externally with customers within the given accounts to achieve order intake and to drive revenue growth against a set of annual targets. Your role: Understanding and managing the business and driving the execution of account based sales plans and account strategies to achieve assigned targets Identifying opportunities that benefit the customer by listening attentively and adjusting to fit the audience and the message Building and delivering solutions that solve customer pain points and meeting customer expectations Developing relationships with decision makers and establishing executive level relationships within assigned accounts Monitoring competition and industry trends to provide effective feedback to management, commercial sales and marketing organizations You're the right fit if: You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience in healthcare sales, Customer Service Sales Experience Preferred (Relevant Clinical and technical Experience will also be considered. Your skills include ability to work with prospects to develop strong business solution cases coupled with solid closing skills. You have a Bachelor’s degree, or 3+ years with a Master’s degree; or equivalent work experience. You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position. You’re an excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills. How we work together We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations. This is a field role. Philips Transparency Details Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $157,250 to $187,000 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance. Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
