By leveraging deep safety expertise and a consultative approach, this role identifies operational risks, proposes sophisticated safety solutions, and drives organizational sales growth through the implementation of high-value safety programs. Partner with regular and prospective customers to identify safety gaps and provide technical recommendations that enhance workplace safety and operational efficiency. Drive organizational expansion by integrating holistic safety solutions into the customer’s long-term business strategy. Lead the IMSafe Survey process during Welding Efficiency Analysis (WEA) and Business Development Reviews (BDR). Coordinate the IMSafe Survey process with other specialists and departments to provide a unified, comprehensive value proposition to the customer. Develop comprehensive Scopes of Work (SOW) based on technical assessments and ensure successful implementation at the customer site. Provide detailed reports, cost-benefit analyses, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) documentation to demonstrate the financial and operational impact. Act as a subject matter expert on safety products and safety sales opportunities to internal personnel. Promotes Airgas' exclusive Radnor brand products, direct shipping options, and E-Business capabilities. Other duties as assigned ________________________ Are you a MATCH? Required Qualification ● Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) and/or three plus years of sales or customer facing experience and/or training ● The Qualified Safety Sales Professional (QSSP) certification preferred but not required ● Prior experience in safety sales (products or services) preferred but not required ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills ● Strong analytical, interpretation, comprehension and problem-solving skills ● Strong presentation skills ● Knowledgeable in mathematical concepts to apply probability, statistical inference, and technical data (including fractions, percentages, and ratios) to practical business situations, foundational cost analyses, and the interpretation of complex technical instructions ● Consistent, reliable attendance required ● Must maintain a valid driver license Preferred : Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with others.
